How to Make a Payment

For the time being, our front lobbies at the Hometown Health Reno, Carson City and Las Vegas offices are closed. For any payments that are due, there are two options to make the payment:

Teladoc Virtual Visits

Southern Nevada P3 Health Partners Telemedicine Visits

Out of an abundance of caution for Senior Care Plus patients and staff, P3 Health Partners is currently offering telemedicine appointments to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Telemedicine appointments are available for established P3 patients with their P3 Provider, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Patients are encouraged to call their P3 clinic to schedule a visit.
