As a Senior Care Plus member, you can enjoy a year-long gym membership at one of the participating fitness facilities. Show your Senior Care Plus membership card on your first visit to take advantage of this fitness benefit! You will be required to sign-up at your location of choice. Please note that your fitness benefit grants you access only to the one facility you have selected.
