Do you need to go to the emergency room? Should you go to an urgent care center, or can you wait to see your doctor? The Health Hotline is the place to turn when you have a medical question. Hometown Health and Senior Care Plus give their members access to the Health Hotline to help them with their medical questions.
The Health Hotline is staffed seven days a week, 24 hours per day by registered nurses licensed in Nevada and California. Nurses have special training for answering questions and follow medical guidelines approved by physicians. They will help you determine the appropriate level of care for your condition.
Health Hotline cannot answer medical questions for callers outside of Nevada and California because of state nursing licensure regulations.
