Senior Care Plus is open to the following individuals:
  • For Medicare Advantage – All Medicare beneficiaries eligible by age or disability in Carson City, Clark, Nye, and Washoe Counties, NV

  • Beneficiaries who have Medicare Part A (hospital) and Part B (physician) and who continue to pay the Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by a third party

  • For Medicare Advantage – Beneficiaries who do not have kidney failure, also known as end-stage renal disease (ESRD)

    If you meet these criteria, complete an enrollment application.  You have two options to enroll — online or by phone.
